PROJECT SUMMARY
A multi-tenant analytics dashboard with role-based access and real-time reporting, built for Brightline's subscription business.
The Challenge
Brightline needed a customer-facing analytics product but had no multi-tenant architecture, billing integration, or permission system in place.
The Solution
We designed a multi-tenant data model with row-level isolation, integrated Stripe billing with usage-based plans, and built role-based dashboards with live charts.
The Results
Launched with 40 paying customers in the first quarter and a churn rate under 3% in the first six months.
